This fruit is found across the South Pacific. It can be found in Hawaii and its neighbours. This fruit is also found in the Caribbean. Speaking to a few people, the consensus is a roasted breadfruit is the way to go. So the question is, why am I talking about Breadfruit today? I was speaking with a friend and this fruit came up so I researched it. I find it always interesting to learn new things. Life is a journey of experiences and you always should be open minded to learn. Enough with the lecture, bottom line is, if you are walking and you see a breadfruit, buy it and see what all the buzz is all about.
