TGIF or TGIT?

TGIF!!! Friday is a day which is welcomed with open arms. If you work 5 days a week Mon-Fri, this is the day for you then. Psychologically you feel the weekend is around the corner and its time to relax. I like Fridays and I feel more relaxed; throughout my career I feel I have actually worked harder on a Friday because I know I can rest over the weekend. With this in mind, maybe we should have Wednesday off so we may work hard on a Tuesday knowing we have a day off coming. Just a thought.

BREADFRUIT

This fruit is found across the South Pacific. It can be found in Hawaii and its neighbours. This fruit is also found in the Caribbean. Speaking to a few people, the consensus is a roasted breadfruit is the way to go.

So the question is, why am I talking about Breadfruit today? I was speaking with a friend and this fruit came up so I researched it. I find it always interesting to learn new things. Life is a journey of experiences and you always should be open minded to learn. Enough with the lecture, bottom line is, if you are walking and you see a breadfruit, buy it and see what all the buzz is all about.

2010 FIFA World Cup

In exactly 106 days the worlds eyes will be shifting from their regular routine to the World Cup in South Africa. There are 8 groups with a total of 32 teams. Whether its Brazil, France, Italy, Argentina, Ghana or Korea, only time will tell who will emerge as the victor. Who do you support?

The President of Uganda who has been in power since 1986 chose to sell 1 of his 2 private planes for $10M. The transaction was private and the buyers information has not been revealed. It is believed that the transaction happened somewhere in the U.S.
